As a mother whose son who has Alopecia Totalis, I know the importance of a healthy daily routine. If we search the GAM website we will find articles talking in depth of the risks and side effects of gluten protein. We learned that gluten is not the healthiest intake for a person with a healthy immune system, so imagine the effects it can have on a person with an unbalanced immune system.

So what does it mean to go on a Gluten-free diet?

Everyone has tried to go on a diet at some point of their life… it’s inevitable. Therefore, its easy to relate to the pressures one must go through to stay strong-willed and not cheat.
