GAM Announces Hannah Dennis as GAM KiDs Teen Spokesperson

GAM announced today that Hannah Dennis has joined the GAM team as the new Teen Spokesperson for GAM KiDs.  Hannah is an inspiring teen who has been battling alopecia for over four years, from patches to complete hair loss.  Her journey with alopecia areata has been a tough one, one that she aspires against every day.

“Hannah has this skill to reach out and relate to people,” said GAM KiDs Executive Manager Lana Becker.  “She swayed us at GAM, we knew immediately that this is someone we want to work with, someone who will be fantastic at reaching out to teens and children, and helping to promote the cause of a cure for alopecia areata.”

“This experience has taught me a lot. You can’t give up your dreams because life gets tough,” said Hannah Dennis, the new Teen Spokesperson for GAM KiDs. “Part of being strong for me is working with GAM to help people understand the need for research to find real treatments and a cure for alopecia areata.”

GAM KiDs is a children’s alopecia areata research and information organization for parents and families who are ready to fight, to share thoughts, ideas, and raise money for a future that is free of alopecia areata.  GAM KiDs believes our kids need need us to fight for more, to take a stand against alopecia areata, totalis and universalis.
